This school is part of the Faculty of Counseling and Primary Health and have a focus to training ministries of counseling in addictions and counselors to work with this cade of problem. Jesus Christ came to free the captives and everyone can enjoy this freedom. Frequently, the humanity, in exercising them own way of freedom view, ends up captive instead of gaining freedom and this captivity appears in the form of addictions. In this course, the students will discover the practical and theological foundations of addictive behavior and how to diagnose and treat addictions from a practical and biblical basis.

The students will learn the different types of addictions that exist and their recovery process, for to be even more effective in the area of counseling. The students will learn how is the Jesus heart for these people who suffer with addiction and develop their faith in Him, to believe in a complete recovery with Jesus.

The Addiction Ministry School is recognized by the University of the Nations as: CNH 323/324
